I was looking for a mothers day gift. I saw many 'engraving types' on etsy and came across Mark's page. Went through the reviews and photos and decided I would take the plunge. I sent Mark two photos and asked him to decide which photo would be best. He replied within an hour and I recieved the gold plated engraved pendant about 10 days after. Considering it came from Australia as far as I am aware. It arrived in a lovely gift box and the photo and engraving looked amazing.
